I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel on a stunning island. The location was truly memorable, nestled by the ocean and away from the public areas. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the moment I arrived at the airport until the day I left. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a safe for my valuables. The patio outside my room provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The on-site dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide range of delicious options, and the breakfast served each morning was a great way to start the day. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The swimming pool facilities were enjoyable. Common lounges and seating areas offered great views. Free shuttle service made the rooms reasonably priced. Personalized service from staff was top-notch. Fast check-in process and refreshing welcome drinks. Spacious pool with paddle boards and kayaks. Clean and comfortable rooms. Looking forward to our next stay here.
Not obvious to find.

Review:
This resort has a great location by the ocean and is easy to reach from Sayak airport. the staff was generally helpful and the complimentary van service was appreciated. While the pool was nice, there were restrictions on using it due to some of the floating villas. the rooms were well-designed, though some had issues like stained sheets or ants. the on-site restaurant needed better staff service and some rooms lacked basic amenities like hair dryers or slippers. the complementary massage and good food made up for some of these shortcomings.

What a romantic escape! the location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beaches and crystal clear waters. the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the lush greenery and the beach. the in-room spa service was amazing, it added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, with plenty of options for both local and international cuisine.
The hotel staff seemed inexperienced, as some requests took longer than expected to be fulfilled. We had to call for maintenance when the shower wasn't working properly.

The facilities were decent with a pool and a private beach that provides stunning views. The room was clean, and there was a well-stocked minibar. The location was close to the town center with easy access to public transport.
The staff was polite but lackluster in efforts to make guests feel welcome. Check-in was slow.
